I am excited to write to the team in our first ever newsletter!  2023 has been a great year and as it comes to a close, we should all reflect on the amazing things we have done together as a team.  I am increasingly impressed by your ability to deliver an outstanding experience for our clients, maintaining our reputation, and paving the way for a bright future.  Our clients continue to give us positive feedback about our team’s performance, which matters most to our success.  Let’s look at the areas to celebrate below:

People

We’ve continued to grow the business and provide more opportunity for our team.  We have hired new talent in many different positions who have made us a better company.  Thank you to those who chose to join the CASEY team in 2023, we are proud to have you!  Several of our veteran employees achieved promotions this year as well and they’ve enabled our continued success. 

New Market Sectors

While we have continued to thrive in tenant interiors on some incredible projects with challenging technical complexities, we have also launched into two new market sectors in 2023 that offer the opportunity to diversify our business and provide more stability to our employees.

New Geographic Locations

North Carolina experienced considerable growth in 2023 with a great backlog of work coming into 2024, and we’ve also begun to build a third geographic market in Richmond, VA!

Living Our Values

I’m most proud of the way we have achieved our success this year.  Our team lives our core values, which continues to ensure CASEY is both a great service provider for our clients and a great place to work.  We put people first, we consistently improved, we had fun, delivered excellence with no excuses, went the extra mile, and showed heartfelt appreciation. 

The kind of growth we achieved in 2023 required a significant investment by all of us.  You have all worked extremely hard, taking time away from your families to help the company meet our obligations.  The company has had to increase spending to keep up with growth by hiring employees, building our new facility, and learning how to perform new project types.  I believe fully in the investments we’ve made, and I am excited to reap the rewards as a team in our new home office in 2024! 

I hope that everyone enjoys the holiday season with their family and friends. I can’t express my gratitude enough. Simply stated, thank you!
