Exciting developments are taking place in Raleigh and Richmond with the opening of our two new expansion offices. The Raleigh team has recently completed its first SCIF project in that market with the help of our Maryland Crew, delivering a great product on time for our client. We extend a special thanks to Raul Reyes, who relocated to Fayetteville, NC for several months to assist us in tackling this project. His experience with such projects proved to be invaluable. We have also taken on our very first multi-family project in Durham, NC. Our NC Team has faced numerous challenges with our rapid growth but has risen to every occasion. Thank you!

In Richmond, VA, we have hired a local foreman, six mechanics, one finisher, and a laborer. We are currently seeking office and warehouse space to occupy after the first of the year. The Richmond team is currently working on four projects, with two more scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2024. We are thrilled about the possibilities in Richmond and anticipate significant growth in 2024.
